We want you to be completely satisfied with your Qobya purchase. Our exchange policy is designed to be straightforward and hassle-free.
48 Hours Exchange Policy
You have 48 Hours from the date you receive your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

In its original, unworn, and unused condition

With all original tags attached

In the original packaging
-
Accompanied by your proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
How to Start an Exchange

Contact our customer service team at contact@qobyya.com within the 48 Hours window.

Once your exchange is approved, we will arrange for a courier to pick up the item from you within 2-3 business days.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship your new item to you.
Please note: Shipping costs for the new item will be covered by us

Final Sale: All items purchased during a sale or promotion, as well as gift cards, are final and cannot be exchanged.

No Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds. Our policy is limited to exchanges for store credit or a different item/size.

Unauthorized Returns: Any items returned to us without a prior authorized exchange request will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@qobyya.com so we can resolve the issue for you.
